How have the ideas around Gender Inequality changed in recent decades in the UK. Gender Inequality refers to the unequal and unjust treatment of individuals as a result of their gender. An ongoing social problem, gender inequality has been present in society for a multitude of years and has largely been practiced towards women around the world effecting different aspects of life. The aim of this project is to discuss how the ideas of gender inequality have evolved in recent decades in the UK. This paper begins with a brief background of the case followed by identifying the issues needing attention.
